But if you choose to put them in a cellar, you should see a reward for doing that after 10 or 15 years. A lot of our wines are multi-regional blends, where the fruit is selected on its merits to suit a particular wine style, and it’s been a very successful formula for Penfolds.” – Jamie Sach
